What we collect
When you register for a sale line, we collect your name, your email address, your party size, and, only if you choose to add it, your phone number. When you arrive, the crew records that your number was called and checked in. That is all. The app has no advertising trackers and no analytics beacons.
Why we collect it
Your name, email, and party size run the entry line: they put your number in order, show on your pass, and let the door crew call you. Registering also adds you to our email list, which the sign-up checkbox explains and requires: we send the Thrifty Blonde newsletter and sale announcements through Constant Contact. You can unsubscribe from those emails at any time with the link in any of them.
Crew accounts
Crew and admin sign in with an email link. We keep a record of who was signed in and the door actions they took (numbers called, check-ins, the drawing) so a sale morning can be reconstructed if a question comes up.
Sharing
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the services that make the app work: Cloudflare, which hosts the app and its database, and Constant Contact, which sends the newsletter to subscribers. Your name and party size are visible to the door crew working the sale you registered for.
How long we keep it
Registration records are kept with the sale's records. Subscriber information is kept while you remain subscribed. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
Deleting your data
Use the Delete my data page to remove your registrations and your subscriber record immediately, or write to donna@thriftyblonde.com and we will do it for you.
